This directory contains a sample installer channel structure.

Currently this only runs on systems with a bash shell,
such as linux, though it may operate on systems with
a bash shell emulator (aka windows).  You will need GZip, 
and SED to do an sutomatic channel make.

To make a distribution called 'ins-ch' type:
 ./make-a-ch ins-ch
 (make sure you're in this level of the directory structure)
 
 
For a detailed overview of the packager system 
see the PackagerSpec.txt file in this directory.

for convienience and identification purposes the 
following conventions have been followed:

Package Names:
ins-*	installer files
del-*	uninstaller files
upd-*	update files
opt-*	optional components
utl-*	utilities


  NOTE: for download files the *.zip extension was added
	to allow the browser to 'save' a binary file type
	as the Audreys browsers MIME types are embedded and
	not easily changed.

Audrey Channels:
MA-*	MisterAudrey channel specific to the Audrey
MH-*	MisterHouse channel
MY-*	My personal channels




This may be redistributed under the GNU public license,
provided credit is given... It was created for the 
Audrey community, and therefore is community property
to do with as you wish.

Any enhancements should be posted to the author for 
inclusion when suitabe.
