USAGE:

Normal channel access functionality is maintained.
Additional remote access has been added

  Arguments:
    CH=xxxx	Jump directly to internal channel by NAME
		eg .Channel03  or MA-Settings
		example:
		    http://audrey-ip/channelURL.shtml?CH=MH-Main
		    
    URL=	Jump to a URL, full url is required
		example:
		    http://audrey-ip/cgi-bin/channelURL?URL=http://www.google.com	
	    
    RESET=	Revert back to the actual channel selected. 
		note :data may be anything, but must be something, and not blank
		examples:
		    http://audrey-ip/channelURL.shtml?RESET=YES
		    http://audrey-ip/cgi-bin/channleURL?RESET=any
    
    RT=x	Move channel to the right x places
    LT=x	Move channel to the left x places
		examples:
		    http://audrey-ip/channelURL.shtml?RT=4  ; channel right turn 5 places
		    http://audrey-ip/channelURL.shtml?LT=2  ; channel left  turn 2 places
		    
		extended example:
		    GoTo a specific channel, Channel slot 11
